MAS 250F corn is a mid-early, high-yielding hybrid of the grain type with a silica-toothed kernel type. Plants have moderate height and moderate ear attachment, facilitating harvesting and high seed density — 30–36 seeds per row and 14–16 rows per ear. The 1000-seed weight ranges from 300–340 grams, indicating high kernel quality and density. The hybrid features erect leaf arrangement and uniform ear attachment, promoting even growth and ripening.

MAS 250F exhibits high plasticity and resilience to various stress conditions, including drought and water deficiency.
