Maize MALYSH MV

A choice for those who value taste and speed

When it comes to early maturity, the "Malysh MV" by NPO "Semenovodstvo Kubani" becomes a reliable tool for any agronomist. This is not a crop that keeps you waiting half the season for a harvest. This hybrid is primarily focused on consumer quality, making it a favorite for those working in the "milky" market segment.

Field performance and handling

In practice, this variety shows stability during early planting. The flint type of the grain ensures excellent density while maintaining the delicate texture that buyers highly value. The yellow grain color is visually appealing, which is critical if your produce is destined for retail, whether it is fresh ears or frozen products.

Culinary potential

The main advantage of this hybrid is its versatility in processing.

• Fresh consumption and boiling: The grain reaches the desired condition quickly without requiring prolonged heat treatment.
• Freezing and canning: Even after flash-freezing or sterilization, the grain structure remains intact, avoiding mushiness.
• Home cooking and salads: The perfect balance of starch and sugars provides that specific taste associated with "authentic" corn.

If you are planning to utilize capacity for canning facilities or work with restaurant chains, "Malysh MV" is predictable in the production chain. It does not require specialized equipment for processing — standard lines handle it without compromising quality.

Key considerations

The variety develops quickly, so missing the optimal ripeness phase means losing grain tenderness. However, with the right approach, you get a premium-looking product that does not linger on the shelf.
