Corn hybrid KV 9 F 604 is a high-yielding hybrid designed for cultivation in dry conditions. The plant exhibits high resistance to various diseases such as stalk rot, gray leaf spot, and gummy stem blight, as well as to weeds and drought. The hybrid’s vegetation period is approximately 110 days, enabling a stable yield of about 66 centners per hectare, with potential maximum yields reaching up to 126 centners. The plant is tall with long ears and medium-wide leaves, which contribute to good growth and formation of yield.

The corn kernels have a dent shape and are colored yellow and orange, indicating high-quality raw material. The hybrid features high germination speed and resistance to lodging, ensuring uniform and timely emergence. It is recommended to sow seeds after soil temperature has warmed to 12 degrees Celsius, which promotes optimal plant development and increased yield.

KV 9 F 604 responds well to improved cultivation conditions and possesses moderate cold tolerance. The plant height reaches 205–215 cm, with cylindrical ears 22–23 cm long and 16 rows of kernels, ensuring significant production volume. The hybrid does not tiller, and ear attachment height is 80–90 cm.
