KUBANSKY 102 MV

Hybrid corn 'Kubansky 102 MV' is an ultra-early maturing three-line hybrid with FAO 100, intended for universal use. This hybrid is characterized by very early maturity, flowering occurring 6-10 days earlier than the hybrid 'Obский 140 СВ'. Plants are of medium height with medium-width leaves, weak anthocyanic coloration of the sheath of the first leaf. The grain has an intermediate type, closer to silken, with yellow coloring of the upper and lower parts.

Hybrid 'Kubansky 102 MV' is recommended for cultivation in the Central, Volga-Vyatka, and Eastern Siberian regions of Russia. Average grain yield varies depending on the region: in the Central region it reaches 81.5 c/ha, in the Volga-Vyatka region — 97.4 c/ha, and in the Eastern Siberian region — 41.6 c/ha. Maximum yield is about 70 c/ha at grain moisture of approximately 28.2%. Recommended seeding rate is 70-80 thousand plants per hectare.

The hybrid was developed and prepared for transfer to the State Testing Service jointly with Ural NIIIS and NII Agroecology, confirming its adaptability to various climatic conditions and agronomic requirements.
