Corn KSS 7331 is a medium-maturing simple hybrid intended for grain production. The plant is tall with medium-width leaves and a long cylindrical ear having a medium number of rows of kernels. The kernels are dent-shaped and colored yellow-orange, providing an attractive appearance and high product quality. The hybrid's vegetative period is approximately 124 days, allowing effective use in the Central Chernozem region. Average yield reaches 80.2 c/ha, with maximum yields up to 120 c/ha, and grain moisture at harvest is around 27.9%. Hybrid KSS 7331 demonstrates good adaptation to various climatic conditions and drought resistance, making it suitable for cultivation in different regions of Ukraine. Seeds germinate at soil temperatures not lower than +8°C, and the optimal temperature range during flowering to full maturity is +22–25°C. These characteristics ensure stable yields and enable the hybrid to successfully compete with other corn varieties under variable climatic conditions. Morphological features include medium-strong anthocyanic pigmentation of the first leaf sheath and weak root pigmentation at the stem, which is characteristic of this variety. Tassel flowering occurs at medium timing, and ear structure is characterized by medium density of florets and weak anthocyanic pigmentation of the ear silk. All these traits indicate good physiological condition of the plant and its ability to effectively form yield.
