Corn Krasnodarsky 575 MV is a late-maturing three-line hybrid intended for cultivation in the North Caucasus and Lower Volga regions. The vegetation period is approximately 125 days, allowing the hybrid to fully develop and achieve high productivity. The plant is tall, reaching a height of 250-270 cm, with 22 leaves on the main stem and ear positioned at a height of 110-115 cm. The ear is weakly conical, containing 16-18 rows of yellow, dent-type kernels. The 1000-kernel weight is 297 grams, and the grain yield at threshing reaches 82.1%. The hybrid demonstrates good resistance to a range of diseases, including common rust and stalk rot, as well as drought tolerance. However, it may be susceptible to bacterial disease, ear Fusarium, and corn borer. Krasnodarsky 575 MV is well-suited for mechanized harvesting and efficiently releases moisture during grain ripening, facilitating harvest and improving product quality. Over three years of testing, the hybrid showed high yields — an average of 96.7 centners per hectare, surpassing the standard Krasnodarsky 507 AMV. Due to its characteristics and adaptation to the climatic conditions of the cultivation regions, this hybrid is widely used for grain purposes and is a reliable choice for agricultural producers seeking a stable and high-quality corn harvest.
