Hogar corn is an early super-sweet hybrid with an attractive market appearance and high taste qualities. The plant forms cylindrical ears up to 22-27 cm long, containing kernels of two colors: 25% white and 75% yellow. This kernel color composition gives the ears an unusual and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The maturation period is about 70-75 days, allowing harvest in mid-early terms.
The hybrid has a high sugar content — over 24-25% — ensuring a tender and juicy taste. The corn has a powerful root system, which enhances plant nutrition and improves resistance to stressful conditions, drought, and heat. Thanks to this, Hogar demonstrates stable yield and high marketable output — up to 30-40 thousand ears per hectare when cultivation technology is followed.
Special attention is paid to plant protection: seeds are treated with modern contact-systemic fungicides, and a unique technology based on effective microorganisms is applied, enhancing corn’s immunity and improving harvest preservation during transportation and storage. The ears have a convenient ear attachment height, facilitating harvesting. All these characteristics make Hogar corn an excellent choice for both commercial cultivation and personal consumption.
