GUNOR

The GUNOR hybrid sugar corn is a medium-maturing variety with FAO 350 and a dent type of yellow grain. It is characterized by high adaptability and resistance to various climatic conditions in Ukraine, ensuring a stable yield even under changing weather factors. The recommended planting density varies depending on the region's moisture level: 60-65 thousand plants per hectare in well-watered zones and 55-60 thousand in less watered zones. Seeds are treated with fungicides and insecticides, enhancing their protection against diseases and pests.

The GUNOR hybrid stands out for its high yield, especially under intensive cultivation technologies, where the potential reaches 11.0-12.4 tons per hectare. Plants reach a height of 210-235 cm, ears contain 16-18 rows of kernels, and the 1000-kernel weight is 290-315 grams. A distinctive feature of the hybrid is its high resistance to Helminthosporium and rust pathogens, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. The rapid drying of the grain allows for reduced drying costs, making cultivation more economical.
