DKS 3088 is an early-maturing hybrid corn for grain use, developed by German breeders of Bayer AG. It is characterized by high yield potential, reaching 11–13 tons per hectare, and belongs to FAO Group 200. The hybrid is distinguished by its low stature and dent corn, which facilitates cultivation and harvest.
One of the key features of DKS 3088 is its high resistance to lodging and cold tolerance, ensuring stable yields even under adverse weather conditions. The hybrid also shows resistance to high temperatures and drought, making it suitable for cultivation in various regions with different climates. Starch content in the grain reaches 78%, enhancing its value for grain use.
To improve germination and protect against diseases and pests, DKS 3088 seeds are treated with the Acceleron technology. This promotes the development of a strong root system and increases the overall vitality of plants. Early planting with an increased planting density of 5–10% is recommended to fully realize the hybrid’s potential and achieve a high, stable yield.
