Maize DKC5092

Hybrid corn DKC5092 is a mid-late maturity variety with FAO around 380-400, intended for cultivation in the Lower Volga region and other areas with similar climatic conditions. The plant is tall, with a rounded apex and weak anthocyanic coloration of the first leaf sheath. Leaves are wide and slightly curved, ears of medium density and size, with a cylindrical ear of medium length and diameter. Grain is dent-shaped, with row numbers ranging from medium to large. Silk emergence time varies from medium to late, which contributes to adaptation to different weather conditions. DKC5092 demonstrates high yield: in the Lower Volga region, the average yield is 68.1 c/ha, with a maximum of 136.7 c/ha. Under water-saving irrigation conditions, at a planting density of 80 thousand seeds per hectare and an irrigation norm of 600 mm per season, the hybrid yielded 14-15 tons per hectare. This indicates its high productivity and efficient resource utilization, which is especially important under limited water supply. Hybrid DKC5092 is characterized by resistance to adverse climatic conditions and ensures stable yields even under drastic weather changes. It reduces grain drying costs due to optimal moisture levels at harvest. Recommended for use in regions with variable climates and limited irrigation resources, making it a profitable choice for agricultural enterprises aiming for high productivity and economic efficiency.
