DKC5206

Corn DKC5206 is a mid-late maturing hybrid with high yield potential and strong greenness. This new-generation hybrid features excellent morphological traits, including a strong stalk and dent-type kernel. It is adapted for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including steppe, forest-steppe, and meadow regions, and is suitable for all soil types. Due to its high resistance to stalk and ear diseases, as well as tolerance to lodging, DKC5206 ensures stable and high yields even in drought-prone areas and under adverse weather conditions.

The agronomic characteristics of the hybrid include rapid early growth, drought tolerance, resistance to helminthosporiosis and fusarium, as well as good plasticity and adaptability to external factors. The recommended planting density at harvest is 65-70 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture, and 50-55 thousand in dry conditions. The hybrid tolerates monoculture and long idle periods, making it suitable for various cultivation technologies, including traditional and minimal tillage. Soil temperature at planting should not be lower than 9°С.

DKC5206 is suitable for both grain and silage purposes, demonstrating high yields — up to 138.8 ц/ha under favorable conditions. In 2023, the hybrid achieved a yield of 100.7 ц/ha with starch content of 70.62%. High mineral nutrition and proper fertilizer selection contribute to uniform growth and maximum productivity of crops. Seed sales are available in packages of 80,000 units with delivery across Ukraine.
