The DKC3016 hybrid corn is a northern mid-early simple hybrid with a dent-type kernel, intended for grain and silage production. It features high plant height — from 270 to 280 cm, and ear attachment height of 90–95 cm. The 1000-seed mass varies from 300 to 320 grams, indicating a large kernel size. The number of kernels per row reaches 28–32, and the number of rows is 14–16, ensuring good yield density and quality.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to adverse conditions: cold tolerance, drought resistance, lodging resistance, and developmental stability are rated at 7–9 out of 10, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic zones. The herbicide protection system is conventional, allowing effective weed control without harming the plant. Water shedding is also at a high level, promoting timely maturation and harvest.

DKC3016 is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia and Forest-Steppe zones, under both sufficient and insufficient moisture conditions, with an optimal plant density at harvest of 65–85 thousand plants per hectare. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to diseases such as common rust, stalk and ear fusarium, and aerial rust, ensuring yield preservation and quality.
