Maize Challenger

Challenger F1 — this is a mid-early super-sweet corn hybrid that matures in approximately 75-80 days after planting. The plant reaches a height of about two meters, and the ears are 20-22 cm long with 16-18 straight rows of kernels. This ear size and structure ensure high-quality yield and attractive appearance of the fruit.

The hybrid has moderate resistance to a range of diseases, including stalk borer, anthracnose, gray leaf spot, and Helminthosporium leaf, ear, and stalk diseases. This makes the crop more reliable and resilient under various climatic conditions, reducing the risk of yield loss.

Challenger F1 is recommended for planting at a density of 50-55 thousand plants per hectare. Due to its taste qualities and characteristics, this hybrid is ideal for freezing and canning, making it a popular choice for both industrial and home use.
