AURORA S

Corn hybrid AURORA S is an early-maturing, versatile trihybrid, intended for cultivation both for grain and silage. The plant has a medium height, and the ear flowering occurs early, contributing to timely harvest ripening. The ear has a weakly conical shape of medium length, with toothed, cream-toothed kernels colored yellow at the top.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to a range of diseases, including southern helminthosporiosis, fusarium, and bacterial ear rot, which affects the plant weakly. The hybrid’s drought resistance is above average, making it suitable for cultivation under various climatic conditions, including arid regions.

The yield of corn AURORA S varies from 5 to 13.5 tons of grain per hectare and from 20 to 70 tons of silage per hectare. The recommended plant density at harvest is 75–80 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture, and no more than 60 thousand plants per hectare under drought conditions, allowing for optimized productivity and quality of the harvest.
