Yaroslavna

The garden chrysanthemum variety "Yaroslavna" is a decorative plant with a bush up to 60 cm high and flowers 8-10 cm in diameter. The inflorescences have a rayed shape and unique coloring: the inner side of the petals is plum-colored, while the outer side is significantly lighter, giving the flower special expressiveness. The buds are initially very dark, but before fading, their color lightens, turning into light lilac. Blooming begins in early September and continues for a long time, making this variety particularly attractive for autumn garden decoration. Chrysanthemum "Yaroslavna" is highly winter-hardy and withstands the climate conditions of Ukraine without additional covering. The plant prefers sunny places and soil rich in organic matter, requiring moderate watering to avoid root rot. To maintain the health and decorativeness of the bush, the use of complex fertilizers intended for flowering crops is recommended. In winter, the bushes are cut, leaving stems until spring to hold snow, provided there are no diseases and pests. This chrysanthemum variety is excellent for decorating outbuildings, fences, and gazebos, and blends perfectly with the decorative foliage of fruit and berry shrubs, such as raspberry, barberry, sea buckthorn, and schisandra. Thanks to its compact height and attractive color, "Yaroslavna" can be used both in open ground and for cutting, where flowers maintain freshness for up to 30 days, making them ideal for bouquets and interior decoration.
