Victory

Chrysanthemum variety "Victory" is a decorative garden plant recommended for cultivation in the middle belt of Russia. This variety belongs to the group of early-flowering Korean chrysanthemums. The bush reaches a height of about 47 cm, has an erect and densely foliated stem, and grows quickly. Leaves are dark green, leathery, of medium width with a blunt base and an acuminate apex. Inflorescence stalks of the plant are very strong, which ensures the stability of inflorescences against wind and other adverse weather conditions.

The inflorescences of the chrysanthemum "Victory" are semi-double, cylindrical in shape, located on the surface of the bush. The diameter of the heads is about 7.5 cm, height – 1.2 cm. Ray florets have a red-purple hue, while tubular florets are light green. Flowers do not shed and fade slightly in the sun, which prolongs the decorative effect of the plant. The period from the beginning of vegetation to the beginning of flowering is about 65 days, and the duration of flowering reaches 81 days.

The variety has good resistance to diseases and pests, as well as winter hardiness, which makes it a reliable choice for gardeners. Drought resistance of "Victory" is moderate. Thanks to its characteristics, chrysanthemum is suitable for growing both in open ground and in containers, which expands its possibilities in landscape design.
