URAL-TAU

Chrysanthemum URAL-TAU is a Korean variety developed at the South-Ural Botanical Garden. The plant forms an upright bush about 70-75 cm high with moderately foliated, olive-green leaves of medium size, featuring deeply lobed segments with pointed edges. The flower stems are strong, with a moderately yellowish hue, which adds additional decorative value.

The chrysanthemum inflorescences are semi-double, dark purple-red in color, about 9.5 cm in diameter, with a yellowish-green disk about 1.3-1.5 cm in diameter. Blooming begins early, in mid-July, and continues until mid-October, ensuring a long period of decorative effect. On average, 25 inflorescences form on one stem, and one plant can have from 110 to 190 flowers, making the variety especially attractive to gardeners.

The flowering period lasts about 90 days, and from the start of vegetation to the beginning of flowering it takes about 80 days. Chrysanthemum URAL-TAU differs in its specific aroma and high decorative quality, making it an excellent choice for decorating gardens and flower beds. The plant has good resistance and strong stems, which helps maintain the shape and beauty of the flowers throughout the season.
