Chrysanthemum AUTUMN MOTIF

The Legacy of Nina Kozmenko: A Breeding Triumph

The 'Osenny Motive' (Autumn Motif) variety is a landmark in domestic selection, born from the dedicated work of breeder Nina Pavlovna Kozmenko. Within the professional floriculture market, this hybrid has earned a reputation as a dependable choice for creating expressive autumn arrangements. Developed to thrive in specific regional climates, it offers a level of resilience often missing in international varieties.

Agronomic Profile

Standing over 60 cm tall, this plant belongs to the single-bloom chrysanthemum category. Its primary visual appeal lies in the perfectly spherical shape of its inflorescence, which maintains its structural integrity throughout the entire blooming cycle. With a bloom diameter of 5–10 cm, it hits the “sweet spot” for professional floral use.

• Color Palette: A striking blend of red, yellow, and pink hues, evoking the vibrant colors of autumn foliage.
• Phenology: A mid-season bloomer, reaching its peak decorative phase in October.
• Endurance: The flowering period extends beyond 40 days, making it a reliable choice for late-season color.

Market Positioning

The 'Osenny Motive' is considered a versatile solution for the industry. Professionals favor it for cut flower production due to the density and vitality of the buds, which ensure excellent transportability. Landscape architects value the variety for its aesthetic versatility, utilizing it both in solitary displays and complex group plantings that require architectural form and vivid color accents.
