RUSICH garlic is a mid-maturing winter variety with a characteristic bulbing form. The plant's leaves are green with a medium to strong intensity wax coating, reaching lengths up to 60 cm and widths of 2.2-2.7 cm. The bulbs are round-flat in shape, weighing around 70 grams, and consist of 5-7 large cloves with a simple structure. The dry skins have a yellowish-white color, while the leather-like skins have a brown tint; the flesh inside is cream-colored. The taste of the cloves is semi-sharp, with a bright and rich aroma. The variety is distinguished by high yields—up to 2.5 kg per square meter, which makes it attractive for cultivation in personal subsidiary farms. RUSICH possesses high frost resistance and resistance to bacterial rot and downy mildew, allowing it to be successfully grown even in northern regions with harsh climatic conditions. Thanks to these qualities, the garlic tolerates winter frosts well and maintains its market and taste characteristics. RUSICH is suitable for planting in open ground and is distinguished by stable formation of strong heads of medium size. Its semi-sharp taste and dense clove texture make this variety universal for culinary use, imparting a rich garlic aroma to dishes. High winter hardiness and disease resistance ensure a reliable harvest and minimize risks during cultivation.
