This variety was obtained by crossing Leningrad Red Cherry with Golden Lozhitskaya. Originator of the variety: VNIIGiSPR named after I.V. Michurin. Authors: B.L. Nikitin, G.G. Nikiforova, I.N. Zolotukhina. Under state variety testing since 2004.
Medium-growing tree with a medium-dense pyramidal crown. Shoots are medium, straight, brownish-brown, bare, with many medium-sized, white tendrils. Leaves are large, broad, dark green, matte. Leaf blade is concave. Leaf margin is finely toothed. Petioles are medium-sized. Petiole is medium, thick. Flowers are large, white.
Fruits are large (4.8-5.0 g), round in shape. Fruit apex is rounded. Base of the fruit has no depression. Pedicel is medium length, easily separates from the branch. Fruit color is dark red, with few lenticels. Flesh is red, juicy, slightly fibrous, juice is light red. Taste is sweet (taste evaluation 4.5 points). Stone is loose, easily separates from flesh, medium-sized, round.
Fruits contain 18.5% dry matter, 16.8% sugars, 10.4 mg/100g ascorbic acid. Fruits are attractive and versatile in use. Begins fruiting in 5-6 years after planting in the orchard. High yield.
