Triple XS

Triple XS is a ready-to-plant mushroom kit "Standard", including mycelium already sown in compost, a cultivation guide, and packaged in polyethylene. The culture is produced in Ukraine and is characterized by high yield properties.

Shiitake mushrooms contain a large amount of proteins (32%), carbohydrates, organic acids, minerals, and B group vitamins, as well as vitamins D, E, and PP. Arginine and lysine are present in their composition, which contribute to improved memory and appetite regulation. Phosphorus and potassium in mushrooms are higher than in fish products, making them a valuable source of trace elements.

The fruit bodies of shiitake mushrooms reach a length of up to 70 mm, the cap is white, round, sometimes slightly scaly. The flesh is white and turns pinkish when cut. The average mass of one mushroom is about 35 g, and the yield over three waves is 35–40 kg/m². Mushrooms are resistant to competitive mold fungi, which ensures a stable and high-quality output of the product.

The product is suitable for home growing, culinary use, freezing, and industrial processing. It grows at temperatures from 12 to 24 °C (optimal – 16 °C) and withstands three waves of fruiting over approximately 30 days from inoculation to the collection of the last harvest.
