Description HEIRLUM C
HEIRLUM C is a high-yielding double-crop mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) characterized by dense fruiting body structure and resistance to competing mold fungi. It fruits over three waves, each lasting about 30 days from inoculation to harvest. The optimal fruiting temperature is 16–18 °C, but mushrooms can grow within a range of 10 to 24 °C, making them suitable for a wide range of climatic conditions.

HEIRLUM C fruits have a round cap measuring 40–80 mm in length and a dark brown color. The flesh is white, turning slightly pinkish when cut, while the stem is central, dense, bulbous, smooth, and white in color. The average mass of the fruiting body is about 20 g, with a length up to 65 mm. Due to these characteristics, the mushrooms possess excellent texture and high quality, making them in demand for cooking, freezing, and industrial processing.

Yield over three waves reaches 30–35 kg/m², and the dense fruits ensure a stable output of product under optimal climatic conditions. HEIRLUM C is the ideal choice for farmers and producers seeking maximum efficiency and quality in mushroom cultivation.
