Packaging starts from one kilogram, making the product convenient for both small farms and large enterprises. The mycelium is grown on specially selected grain, ensuring its freshness and high biological activity.
The mycelium composition includes proteins, carbohydrates, organic acids, minerals, and a complex of vitamins, making it a valuable source of nutrients. Caloric content is 27.4 kcal per 100 grams, and water content is 88‑92 %. Thanks to this, the mycelium is suitable for dietetic nutrition, maintaining heart health, and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
