Champignon A15 – hybrid of grain mycelium, developed by a manufacturer from Ukraine. Thanks to the use of grain substrate, the mushroom reaches the fruiting body stage 2–3 days faster than traditional varieties, which increases production efficiency.
As a result of growing, smooth, white mushrooms of medium and large size with a slight roughness are formed. They retain their taste and texture qualities during storage, which makes them attractive for sale in fresh form as well as for subsequent processing.
Packaging is carried out from 1 kg, which is convenient for commercial orders. Hybrid A15 is intended primarily for industrial growing using intensive technology in facilities where growth conditions are controlled and stable product yield is ensured.
