Description
Silvano carrot is a mid-early hybrid with a maturation period of 105-110 days, intended for cultivation in the main season with summer and autumn harvest. The fruits have a conical shape, a length of 17-19 cm, and a weight from 110 to 176 grams. High content of dry matter (12.8-15.8%), total sugar (7.4-9.6%), and carotene (up to 19.9 mg per 100 g of raw product) ensures excellent taste qualities and nutritional value.
