The plant is characterized by high vigor and good heat resistance, allowing for a stable yield under various climatic conditions. The leaf head is slightly elevated, with medium-sized leaves featuring a waxy coating, weakly blistered and wavy at the edges.
The cauliflower heads have a rounded-flat or round-flat shape, are dense and uniform, and are bright white in color. The average head weight ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 kg, ensuring good market appearance. Heads are well protected by wrapper leaves, which shield them from sunburn. The variety is suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing.
UNDINA has excellent taste qualities and is a dietary product. This variety of cauliflower is rich in protein, vitamins of groups B1, B2, PP, K, A, as well as minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, iron, and calcium.
