Parisian Cabbage is a variety of cauliflower of domestic selection, developed in 2006, which is characterized by high yield and resistance to diseases. The cabbage has round-flat shaped heads with snow-white color and dense leaves, the mass of which reaches from 950 g to 1.2 kg. This variety is suitable for both open and closed ground, grows well on loose soil with neutral acidity and is distinguished by good cold hardiness. The cabbage heads are dense, internal leaves tightly cover the head, which eliminates the need for additional whitening, and the storage period of the harvest can reach up to 70 days.

Parisian Cabbage belongs to medium-early and early varieties with a ripening period from 70 to 120 days depending on growing conditions. Sowing seeds for seedlings is recommended in March-April, and transplanting into the ground - 45 days after seedlings appear. For successful growing, it is preferable to choose sunny areas with nutrient-rich and moistened soil, ensuring constant sufficient watering. The variety is adapted to weather changes, withstands fluctuations from hot sunny days to cool rainy ones, which makes it universal for regions with a moderate climate.

Cabbage Parisian is valued for its taste qualities - it has a pleasant sweetness with a slight sourness. It is widely used in home cooking: cabbage is consumed fresh, frozen, canned, and also prepared from it first and second dishes, including stewing and steaming. Due to the high content of vitamins and trace elements, including the rare vitamin U, this variety is not only tasty but also useful, contributing to the cleansing of the body from toxins.
