Description
Medium-maturing variety. When sown in spring — vegetation period 90-100 days, when sown in summer — 110-120. Heads are dense, dark green, large, with diameter 10-15 cm and weight 1.0-1.5 kg. After cutting the main head, side heads grow, with diameter 3.5-5 cm, which can be harvested until frost.
Advantages of the variety: cold-resistant, excellent for freezing, very productive (10-30 t/ha), resistant to bolting and adverse weather conditions, contains more Vitamin C than other broccoli varieties (104 mg).
It is recommended to use boron-containing mineral fertilizers for feeding.
Nutritional value: consuming 150 grams of broccoli daily provides the human body with daily requirements of Vitamins A, B1 and C, neutralizes harmful toxins and prevents mutation of cancer cells.
