Description Triton
Broccoli Triton F1 — a late hybrid developed by the Japanese company Sakata. This variety features compact plants with a strong root system, allowing successful cultivation across all regions of Ukraine during summer and autumn seasons. The crop is adaptable to various agronomic conditions, tolerates both hot climates and temperature drops, and exhibits high resistance to cracking and hollowing.

The heads of broccoli Triton have a dome-shaped form and dense structure, with a weight ranging from 400 to 600 grams depending on growing conditions. The florets are dark green or bluish-green, maturing simultaneously; after cutting the main heads, new shoots form, extending the harvest period. The hybrid boasts excellent flavor and retains its market appearance during transport and storage, making it popular both on fresh markets and for processing and freezing.

The vegetation period for broccoli Triton ranges from 70 to 83 days, enabling cultivation during spring-summer and summer-autumn periods. The recommended sowing rate is 30–40 thousand seeds per hectare. The hybrid is easy to grow and harvest, with high yield and stress tolerance. Due to its richness in vitamins and beneficial substances, broccoli Triton is not only delicious but also nutritious.
