Orient Express F1

Peking cabbage Orient Express F1 is an early-maturing hybrid intended for cultivation in spring and autumn both in open ground and under plastic coverings or in greenhouses. The vegetation period is about 55 days, allowing for an early and stable harvest. It is recommended to grow it using seedlings, sowing seeds in trays at a depth of 1-1.5 cm and planting at a density of about 70,000 plants per hectare. The hybrid is characterized by high resistance to bolting and cracking, ensuring long-term storage and high product quality.

Orient Express F1 forms uniform, dense, and compact cylindrical or barrel-shaped heads of light green color, weighing from 1 to 2 kg. The root system is well-developed, which contributes to plant stability and proper head formation. The heads mature uniformly and synchronously, facilitating harvest and increasing its efficiency.

The hybrid is valued for its excellent taste qualities: the cabbage core is tender, juicy, and pleasant, making it an excellent choice for fresh consumption, salad preparation, and other dishes.
