Moscow Late 15

Moscow Late 15 — late-maturing, one of the most productive and best for sauerkraut varieties. It matures 115-140 days after transplanting seedlings. Despite the fact that head weight may reach 10 kg and more, it is relatively resistant to cracking.

Heads are round-shaped, dense, with tender flesh. Marketability up to 97%. Head weight 3.5 — 5.0 kg.
