Kuharka hybrid white cabbage represents a mid-season variety with a period from germination to technical maturity of 120-130 days. The plant is characterized by a powerful, slightly raised rosette of medium-sized leaves, which have a gray-green shade with a strong waxy coating and a weakly wavy edge. The plant height reaches about 29 cm, while the rosette diameter is approximately 90 cm. The heads of this hybrid are flat-round in shape, smooth, of medium density, weighing from 2.5 to 5 kg; on cross-section, they are white and differ by a very tender structure without fibers.
One of the key advantages of Kuharka cabbage is its high resistance to fusarium wilt and head cracking, as well as relative resistance to bacterial soft rot. These qualities ensure stable yield and uniform head formation, making the hybrid particularly attractive for cultivation in open ground. Additionally, short outer and inner stalks facilitate processing and product preparation.
Kuharka cabbage has a juicy, tender, and sweet taste, making it versatile in use. It is excellent for fresh consumption as well as for pickling and canning. Thanks to its excellent technological qualities, this hybrid is widely used in home and industrial vegetable growing, ensuring high quality and yield stability.
