The head is round-oval in shape, weighs 3-4 kg, is dense with small cavities in the head, and has a white cross-section. The inner head occupies approximately 50-60% of the head's height, ensuring good structure and market appearance.
Lika cabbage has excellent flavor qualities, making it suitable for fresh consumption as well as for pickling and canning. The variety is versatile in application and can be stored for up to 8-9 months, retaining its flavor and nutritional properties while remaining juicy and attractive.
