Yana

Yana cabbage is a late-maturing variety of head cabbage, distinguished by high yield and excellent commercial qualities. The time from germination to the start of flowering is 160-170 days. Heads are round-oval in shape, dense, with a gray-green hue and white cross-section, average weight reaching up to 2.4 kg. This variety is resistant to diseases such as bacterial vascular wilt and fusarium wilt, ensuring reliable cultivation and high-quality harvest.

Yana cabbage has outstanding taste qualities: it is very juicy, crisp, and tender. The variety is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, such as pickling. Due to its cold tolerance and sun-loving nature, the crop grows well when grown as seedlings or sown directly into the soil. For optimal growth, seeds should be sown at a depth of 1.5-2 cm, and seedlings should be transplanted at 45-50 days old, with attention to soil fertility and fertilizer application.
