Cucumber TANTO

TANTO is a parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid designed for winter-spring and summer-autumn rotations, as well as for light cultivation. The plant features strong growth, an open form, and practically no branching, ensuring ease of care and harvesting. The root system is robust and well-adapted to various substrate types, promoting stable development and high yield of the hybrid.

TANTO fruits have a cylindrical shape, 20-22 cm long, weighing 200-240 grams. They are dark green with a glossy, slightly ribbed surface and a small stem. The fruits are smooth, even, and exhibit high commercial and flavor qualities. Typically, one fruit forms per node, occasionally two, which promotes even development and ease of harvest.

The hybrid demonstrates high ecological adaptability and resistance to major diseases such as downy mildew, root rots, and ascochytosis. TANTO provides stable and reliable yield with high productivity potential, reaching up to 30-35 kg per square meter in heated greenhouses. Due to its characteristics, this hybrid is a universal and technologically advanced solution for various growing conditions.
