MEDIUM 200 is a variety of spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) intended for grain-forage use. It is characterized by early maturity and medium height, ensuring resistance to lodging and good adaptation to growing conditions. The variety is distinguished by high yield, which reaches an average of 31.3 c/ha in the Lower Volga region, and protein content in the grain can reach 13.9%. Thanks to these characteristics, MEDIUM 200 is a reliable choice for farmers focused on obtaining high-quality grain with high protein content. The plant has resistance to a range of diseases, including helminthosporiosis, root rots, and loose smut, which contributes to crop preservation and reduced losses during storage.
