Barley Ragnar

Ragnar is a high-potential winter rapeseed hybrid designed for cultivation across all of Ukraine. It is characterized by high disease resistance and stable high yield, ranging from 55 to 65 centners per hectare. The oil content of the seeds reaches 46.7%, making this variety attractive for oil production. The seeds have high germination and emergence energy — 98%, ensuring reliable and uniform crop development. The hybrid is medium-early in maturity group and exhibits high winter hardiness, tolerating temperatures down to -13°C. Ragnar shows high resistance to adverse conditions, including drought and lodging, confirmed by ratings of 8–9 points. It demonstrates strong plant growth and development, as well as efficient nitrogen utilization, contributing to increased productivity when fertilizers are applied. Seed packaging is done in bags weighing from 8.4 to 12 kg, seed class — elite, non-GMO. These characteristics make Ragnar a reliable choice for intensive cultivation technologies and ensure stable yields even under challenging climatic conditions. Due to its qualities, Ragnar is suitable for a wide range of agro-climatic zones in Ukraine, including Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia. Its high disease resistance and resilience to stress factors help minimize crop losses and reduce costs for plant protection. This hybrid is recommended for those seeking high-quality raw material with high oil content and stable yield, making it a profitable and promising choice for agricultural production.
