The annual aster variety Zlatotsevt represents a columnar, semi-spreading plant with a height of 60 to 70 cm and a bush diameter of about 40–42 cm. The plant has green leaves and stems of medium strength, while the length of the central stem reaches 25 cm. On one bush, an average of 17 to 25 stems form, which ensures abundant flowering.
The inflorescences of this variety are highly double, dense, and semi-spherical in shape, with a diameter of about 8 cm. The flowers are light yellow in color with boat-shaped false-ray florets, possessing a weak aroma. Flowering is mass and prolonged, lasting up to 40 days, which makes this variety attractive for decorative greening.
The Zlatotsevt variety was first included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements in 2011 and was developed by LLC «AGROFIRMA AELITA». It has no patent and is intended for cultivation in various regions, confirming its universality and adaptability.
