Description BUREVESTNIK
The Burevestnik apricot variety is a medium-sized tree with a spherical crown, reaching a height of up to four meters. The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to various diseases, fungal infections, as well as drought and hot periods. The variety is self-fertile, does not require pollinators, which simplifies its cultivation. Flowering occurs in medium-late terms, and fruiting begins in the 4th-5th year after planting.

The fruits of the Burevestnik apricot have a medium size, with a mass varying from 50 to 70 grams. They have an attractive golden-orange color with a reddish blush, thick skin, and creamy, juicy flesh with slight fibrousness. The taste of the fruits is sweet, harmonious, with a characteristic apricot aroma, rated at 4.5 points. The pit separates well from the flesh and has a sweet taste, which makes the fruits convenient for consumption and processing.

The variety is characterized by high yields, reaching 120 centners per hectare. Ripening of the fruits occurs in the second half of July and continues until the beginning of August, which allows for early harvest collection. The Burevestnik apricot has good transportability and fruit appearance, which makes it in demand both for personal consumption and commercial cultivation.
