Early winter variety developed by G. I. Rozanova at the Tatar Research Institute of Horticulture from a cross between Kryudner's Renet and Borovinka. Approved and widely grown in Tatarstan.
Tree is vigorous, with a spherical, dense, well-leafed crown. Fruit-bearing type is mixed.
Shoots are thick, straight, dark-brown, slightly hairy, with numerous large stipules. Leaves are medium-sized, dark green, round or broadly oval, slightly hairy, slightly folded, strongly curved, wrinkled, matte, with serrated or doubly serrated, slightly wavy margins. Petiole is medium length and thickness, red-purple, hairy.
Fruits are medium-sized, flattened-round, slightly ribbed. Main color is light cream, with a pink or bright pink, diffuse blush covering a significant part of the fruit. Peduncle is medium length and thickness, red-purple. Calyx is wide, medium depth, with slight browning. Receptacle is closed. Seed chambers are semi-open.
Flesh is white, medium in juiciness and firmness, fine-grained, aromatic, sweet-tart dessert flavor.
Fruits contain: 14.4% dry matter, 0.40% titratable acids, 11.8% sugars, 21.6 mg/100g ascorbic acid.
Fruits ripen in September, can be stored in storage until January-February. Suitable for fresh consumption and processing (compote, jam), transportable.
Self-sterile variety; best pollinators: Tatar Renet, Urozhaynoe, Anis Novy, Bashkir Beauty. Enters fruiting on the 3rd-4th year after planting in orchards. Moderately winter-hardy, slightly affected by scab.
