Widely grown in the republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Mari El, Vologda, Kirov, Orenburg and Samara regions. In Bashkortostan, it occupies about 25% of apple orchard area. Included in the State Register.
Medium-sized tree. The crown is round in young trees, and in fruiting period it is broad-pyramidal with medium density. Branches grow at nearly straight angles, with strong union. Bark on trunk and main branches is smooth, greenish-brown. Predominant fruiting structures are simple and complex buds, short and long fruiting spurs.
Shoots are medium-sized, straight, round, brownish-gray, hairy. Tips of growing shoots are strongly hairy, almost white, which allows distinguishing the variety in nurseries and young plantings. Buds are sparse, small, convex, light-gray, easily visible. Buds are pressed, medium-sized, conical, hairy. Leaves are large, broad, oval-rounded, slightly pointed, green. Leaf margin is toothed-serrated. Leaf blade is flat, slightly wrinkled with delicate veins, heavily hairy on underside. Petioles are medium-length and thickness, hairy. Fruits are medium-sized, 92-137 g, one-dimensional, broad-conical, smooth, well-shaped. Skin is thick, smooth, oily, with bloom, no russeting. Color at harvest maturity is greenish, covering — striped red blush on lower part of fruit; at consumer maturity — whitish with striped red blush. Under-skin spots are sparse, small, gray, weakly visible. Fruit stalk is short, upright, medium thickness. Calyx is medium, acute-conical. Calyx plate is small, narrow, smooth. Fruit drop is medium.
Fruits store for 130 days, transportability and marketability are high. Variety is universal-purpose.
Blooms at medium time, self-sterile. Best pollinators — Antonovka, Seyanets Titovki, Buzovyazovskoe.
Enters fruiting stage at 6 years. Characterized by high and annual yield (140-257 tons/ha). Winter hardiness is high, disease resistance is medium.
Advantages of the variety: high winter hardiness, adaptability and longevity of trees, quickly recovers and increases yield after harsh winters.
