The fruits of the Celebration variety have medium and above-average size, the mass of apples reaches up to 160 grams. They differ in an attractive color: greenish-yellow base with red stripes or dark red blush over the entire surface. The shape of the fruits varies from flat-conical to round. The flesh is creamy or yellow-white, very juicy, with a pronounced aroma and a dessert wine-sweet taste, which makes the apples particularly pleasant to eat fresh. The fruiting period falls in mid or late September, which allows using the apples both for fresh consumption and for storage. Fruits can retain their taste and appearance for up to two months, and in some cases until mid-January, which makes the variety convenient for long-term storage and use in the winter period.
