Watermelon SLOWPANTS HONEY

The Slowpants Honey is an early hybrid with a vegetative period from germination to fruit maturity of 75-90 days. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under film covers. The plants are long-vining and well-leafed, which promotes high yield and quality fruit formation.

The watermelon fruits are round in shape with a thick green rind decorated with dark green stripes. The weight of one watermelon varies from 3 to 5 kilograms. The flesh is a rich red color, granular in structure, and differs in high sweetness, making this variety especially attractive to lovers of sweet watermelons. The seeds are small, which facilitates the consumption of the fruits.

Slowpants Honey is light-loving and requires good lighting, as shading negatively affects yield. The variety is sensitive to fertilization and watering, which allows obtaining up to 10-15 kilograms of fruits per plant with proper care. In addition, the watermelon maintains flesh density during long-term storage and transportation, which increases its commercial value.
