Variety from the Donetsk Experimental Station, obtained by sowing seeds of Droghana yellow, which grew among Melitopolsk varieties in Novoselidovskij Experimental Station. Author L.I. Tarankenko. Introduced into the State Register in 1988 for the North Caucasus region.
Tree is vigorous, with a round crown. Bears fruit on flower clusters and one-year shoots.
Fruits are rose-colored, with dense flesh, round, weighing up to 9 g, color yellow-pink. Pit is round, medium size, separates well from flesh. Flesh is light-yellow, dense, cartilaginous. Taste is good, sweet, with pleasant aroma, rating up to 4-4.2 points. Compote rating is half a point higher than Droghana yellow. Dry matter content — up to 21%, sugars — up to 15.2%, acids — 1.3%, ascorbic acid — 1.76 mg/100 g. Variety is universal use.

Tree is early fruiting, begins fruiting at 4-5 years of age. High yield, 166.1 centners/ha. Up to 10 years of age, tree yields 50-60 kg of fruit and up to 80-100 kg older. Ripening period is medium-late. Cold resistance is slightly higher than Droghana yellow.
Advantages of the variety: increased cold and drought resistance, high yield, excellent fruiting type, easily forms round crown, almost does not require pruning, fruits are of universal use.
Disadvantages: relatively resistant to fungal diseases, self-sterile.
