Black Prince

Black Prince is an early tulip variety characterized by a bright dark-purple color and high heat resistance. The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm, has one strong scape nearly 37 cm long, bearing egg-shaped flowers with a diameter of approximately 8x6 cm. Leaves are dark green with minimal edge waviness, and the bulb is elongated and dark brown.

The variety is noted for good transportability and a bulb multiplication coefficient of about 4.2. Flowering lasts approximately 12 days, with flowers that do not wilt or fade. Black Prince is resistant to diseases and pests, making it suitable for cutting in open ground.

Ideally suited for decorative use in gardens and parks due to its rich shade and durability against external factors. It is recommended to grow in regions with a moderate climate where the variety will display its best qualities.
