SOPHISTICATION

Tomato SOPHISTICATION is a medium-maturing indeterminate hybrid intended for cultivation under plastic coverings and in open ground, with mandatory staking and plant training. The plant is tall, reaching 1.5-2 meters in height, with a strong bush and shortened internodes. The first flower cluster forms above the 7th-9th leaf, and each cluster produces 7-9 fruits that ripen simultaneously and remain on the plant for a long time without overripening or dropping.

The fruits of tomato SOPHISTICATION have round or cylindrical shapes with smooth, dense, bright red skin without green spot at the stem end. Fruit weight varies from 120 to 157 grams, and they possess excellent taste and aroma. Due to their dense structure and good transportability, these tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for whole-fruit canning and culinary decoration.

The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 18.3-20 kg per square meter with proper agronomic practices. It is resistant to several diseases, including tomato mosaic virus, verticillium wilt, fusarium, alternaria, and nematodes, ensuring stable and high-quality harvests. Tomato SOPHISTICATION is recommended for cultivation on trellises, which facilitates maintenance and fruit harvesting.
