The tomato variety Sofievka is a medium-ripening and highly productive type with a strong stem and dark green leaves, reaching a height of 70 to 90 cm. The fruits of this variety are flat-round in shape, have a rich maroon color, and weigh between 180 to 250 grams. The flesh of the tomatoes is juicy, sweet, and meaty, with a pronounced tomato flavor and aroma reminiscent of watermelon.
