SHARADA

Tomato Sharada is an early, high-yielding determinate variety distinguished by high drought tolerance and resistance to diseases such as verticillium and fusarium. Plants are compact, low-growing, about 60–70 cm tall, with small leaves, which enhances their drought and cold resistance. Bushes are sturdy, require no staking or pinching, simplifying care and cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers.

Tomato Sharada fruits are oval or plum-shaped, red in color, weighing 80–95 grams. They are dense, with thin skin and few seeds (2–3 seed chambers), making them especially suitable for whole-fruit canning. The flesh is juicy and flavorful, and fruits retain their taste even when ripened late in autumn. Due to their high density and strength, tomatoes withstand long-distance transport without losing appearance.

Sharada variety is characterized by high yield — 6–8 kg of marketable fruit per square meter. It is suitable for various uses: fresh consumption, processing into tomato products, salads, and whole-fruit canning, including brining at milk-wax ripeness. Thanks to its climate adaptability and ability to withstand sharp temperature fluctuations, this variety grows successfully in northern regions and areas with variable climates.
