Tomato DRIMWINE

Tomato variety Drimwine F1 is a late-maturing salad-type hybrid intended for professional cultivation in heated greenhouses, including light cultivation and extended cropping cycles. The plant is indeterminate with dark green medium-length leaves and intermediate flower clusters. Fruits are flat-round in shape, medium density, and slightly ribbed surface, colored deep red at maturity. Average fruit weight is 60-70 grams, corresponding to the XL cocktail tomato category, commonly known as 'Baku' tomatoes. Harvesting can be done individually or in clusters, with recommended thinning to 6-8 fruits for optimal development.

One of the key features of this variety is its high dry matter content, which ensures excellent flavor and good fruit storability. On the Brix scale, sugar content reaches 6.0, making the tomatoes exceptionally sweet and aromatic. Yield in winter greenhouses under light cultivation reaches 21 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity. Fruits have 2-3 locules and medium density, contributing to their durability and ease of transportation.

Drimwine variety is characterized by high resistance to several diseases and viruses, including powdery mildew, fusarium and verticillium wilts, as well as tobacco mosaic virus. Moderate to high resistance levels to pathogens ensure a stable yield and reduce the need for intensive chemical protection. Thanks to these characteristics and broad applicability, tomato Drimwine is an excellent choice for professional vegetable growers aiming to obtain high-quality and flavorful products under greenhouse cultivation.
