Tomato Governor

The tomato variety 'Governor' is an early-maturing determinate hybrid, intended for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and open ground. The plant reaches a height of 70-80 cm and features a compact bush, facilitating care and harvest. The period from germination to the onset of fruiting is approximately 95-100 days, enabling an early harvest.

The fruits of tomato 'Governor' are large, round with a characteristic nipple at the apex, weighing 150-180 grams. They have a smooth, dense skin and a multi-chambered structure, evenly colored in a rich red. Due to their high density, the fruits exhibit good storability and transportability. The tomatoes are distinguished by their attractive shape and excellent taste qualities, making them ideal for fresh consumption, especially in salads.

The variety exhibits high resistance to major tomato diseases, including phytophthora, alternaria, bacterial spot, cladosporiosis, tobacco mosaic virus, and fusarium. The yield of the variety reaches 16 kg per square meter, making it profitable for agricultural production. It is recommended to observe agronomic sowing and transplanting schedules to achieve maximum productivity.
